DEFECTIVE/WARRANTY

Read your instructions before using your new product. All ANDIS products are warrantied for (1) one year free from defects at time of purchase. The manufacturer will repair/replace the product free of charge only if item has not been abused or serviced by anyone other than an authorized service center. The warranty does not cover normal wear of parts.

SHIPMENT DAMAGE

UNPACK WITH CARE! These goods were carefully checked when packed. Most claims for shortage arise from the fact articles are left in the boxes or thrown out with packing material. Check contents carefully. If a shipment was received in damaged condition, be sure to make notation on delivering Shipper’s receipt, otherwise claims may be refused. Notify Shipper immediately regarding concealed damage or pilferage and hold entire shipment intact for inspection or instruction from Shipper’s agent.

SALES TAX

We do not collect any sales tax. Please note that your state and/or municipal government may require you to declare mail order purchases and pay sales tax on them directly.
